Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 as standard. Saturdays by arrangement, and we respond to genuine heating emergencies outside these hours.

We install all major brands including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, and Glow-worm. We'll recommend the best brand for your home, your budget, and the warranty you'd like.

How long does a boiler installation take?

A straightforward boiler swap usually takes one to two days. Larger system upgrades may take a little longer, we'll always give you a clear timeline as part of the quotation.

What warranty comes with a new boiler?

Manufacturers' warranties of up to 12 years are available depending on the brand and model you choose. We register the warranty on your behalf.

Do you remove the old boiler?

Yes. Removal and safe disposal of your old boiler is included in the installation.

Do you install smart controls?

Yes, we install Hive and other smart thermostats as part of the installation if you'd like.

Do you offer a free first service?

Yes. New installations from GAS TECH PRO LTD include 50% off your first year's boiler health check.

Can you fix my boiler the same day?

In most cases, yes. We carry common spare parts in the van and aim to complete repairs on the first visit. If a part needs ordering we'll let you know straight away.

Do you repair all boiler brands?

Yes. Our Gas Safe registered engineers have hands-on experience with every major brand including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, and Glow-worm.

A standard service is a comprehensive safety and efficiency check. A full intensive strip-down replaces burner gaskets and spark electrodes and gives the internal components a deep clean, recommended for older boilers or those with a long service gap.

Yes. Every boiler service includes a complete gas safety check.

Why do I need a gas safety check?

It's a legal requirement for landlords and commercial enterprises, protects against gas leaks and carbon monoxide, and keeps your insurance compliant.

Do you provide CP12 certificates?

Yes. CP12 (Landlord Gas Safety Record) certificates are provided on the same visit where possible.

What does the inspection cover?

Inspection of all gas appliances, testing for gas leaks, checking pipework and connections, and verification of safety devices.
