The brief
A Tameside warehouse operator needed to replace an ageing warm air heating unit before winter, with a hard requirement that the work be completed over a single weekend so daily operations weren't disrupted. The previous unit had become unreliable and inefficient, and the warehouse was difficult to keep at a comfortable working temperature.
What we did
We surveyed the existing setup, sourced a properly-sized commercial warm air heater, and scheduled the install for a Saturday morning. Work included removal of the old unit, installation and commissioning of the new heater, ducting adjustments to improve airflow distribution, and a full gas safety inspection of the connected pipework.
The result
The new warm air heater was up and running by Sunday afternoon. The warehouse heats faster, holds temperature more consistently, and the operator has a Gas Safety Certificate on file for compliance. The team is back to normal operations on Monday with no lost trading time.
